Kisner Takes 1 Stroke Lead to PGA Sunday

On a day when the whole field felt like it was stuck in quicksand, Kevin Kisner remained the leader in the clubhouse.

He’ll take a single-stroke lead to the final day of the PGA Championship after shooting a 1-over 72 on Saturday.

He leads Chris Stroud and Hideki Matsuyama by a stroke each. Matsuyama was tied for the lead through 36 holes but fell back with a 2-over 73 on Saturday.

American Justin Thomas rose 3 spots to tie for fourth at -5 under with a 2-under on the day. He was the only player in the top five to shoot under par.
