Jason Day’s Ace Can’t Dent Leishman’s Lead

Jason Day won a new car with an ace, and promptly donated the money to charity. But even that hot finish couldn’t compared to the red-hot play of fellow Australian Marc Leishman.

Leishman followed up his 62 with a 64 to push his scorecard to 16-under through two rounds at the BMW Championship on Friday. The Aussie is 16-under, giving him a three-stroke lead over Jason Day and Rickie Fowler.

Day drilled a hole-in-on the 189-yard No. 17 to win a BMW, which he promptly donated to charity. It’s been nine years since his last ace.
